easyHotel Maastricht City Centre

Fine hotel, perfect location in the city center. Simple, but neat and clean, very good value for money. The only downside was that they ran out of tea bags.

My stay at Easy Hotel Maastricht ended in a very unpleasant experience. Instead of a professional solution to a disagreement, the staff opted for a physical confrontation to remove me from the hotel. Additionally, my personal belongings were placed outside on the street unattended, which resulted in [damage/unsafe situation]. A hotel is supposed to be a safe place, but the escalation by the staff was completely out of proportion and beyond legal limits. I strongly advise against this hotel due to the lack of hospitality and professionalism. A police report will be filed this week against the hotel employee responsible for this; taking the law into one's own hands and using physical violence has no place in what is supposed to be a safe environment (a hotel). Fortunately, I was able to record a large portion of the audio as evidence.

I found this very bad. We were sent away at 3 in the morning and received no reason. The hotel itself looked good, but it is a real shame about this.

I stayed in the room 307 on 24 April. Location was great. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The Tv works. Just what I needed for one night stay. But on that day, it was 20 degrees outside and sun shined directly into the room in the afternoon, which made the heat stuck inside. The fact that the curtain was not close before we arrived also didn't help to reduce the heat. The aircon tbh didn't help much. It was much warmer in the room than the outside. And at night, the cooling/ aircon system was very loud, and the noise continuing throughout the night on end.

Bright room, great shower, nice big bed. Even a glimpse of the river visible. Quiet, no traffic noise in our room.
