The price was right. Great location. The room was small, but adequate.
A hotel near the city. Parking is available in front of the hotel, but it's expensive. An electric vehicle charging station is also available. The rooms are small, but definitely recommended for one night or a short stay in Maastricht.
Overall, the hotel was acceptable for a one-night stay, and the room was clean, which we appreciated. However, we chose this hotel because the advertised price we found online was between €116 and €130 per night for two people. When we arrived, we were informed at reception that the room cost €190 plus taxes, bringing the total to approximately €207. We would like to understand why the final price was so much higher than the price that was advertised. The room was also very small and offered only very basic amenities. There were only two large towels, a fixed shower gel dispenser, and hand soap. There was no proper wardrobe or storage space for clothing and personal belongings, only a few built-in hangers behind the mirror. For a price of €116–130, this would be perfectly acceptable. However, for €207 per night without breakfast included, we expected more comfort, more space, and better room facilities. Apart from the pricing issue, the hotel was clean and suitable for a short stay, but we do not feel that the room justified the final price we paid.
Very friendly staff. The hotel and the rooms are really clean and the location is ideal. We had a room with a view of the water, which made it extra nice.
Nice, clean rooms for a good price. Nice and close to the center, by the St. Servaas Bridge. Staff very helpful.
