A super welcoming hotel, the staff were very friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness was excellent, everything was very clean.

The accommodation is located near a busy street, yet very quiet in a residential area. Caution is advised as there are only paid parking spaces on the street. Almost all the cars there were decorated with parking tickets. The accommodation was recently renovated. Many of the furnishings appear to be from Ikea. The rooms are lovely and bright. The only downside is that the open wardrobe is far too small for a longer stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely sufficient! A selection of cheese, fish, cold cuts, spreads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, meatballs, plenty of fruit, and a wide variety of sweet treats. Of course, tea, coffee, and orange juice are also available. The entire buffet is beautifully presented and regularly replenished. Outside, there is a small heated pool, some sun loungers, and seating. Naturally, the view is somewhat limited, but given the city center location, that's to be expected. We couldn't find any German channels on the TV, but thanks to free Wi-Fi and online media libraries, that's no longer a problem these days. The hotel has everything you could need and is absolutely fantastic. The staff are very friendly, especially Jonathan, who is always willing to help and whose smile brightens up your day.

Rooms are very nice and clean, (perhaps a bit on the small side) very comfortable beds and a nice private balcony. Breakfast staff were really pleasant and kept the considerably above average buffet well stocked throughout. Front desk staff weren't quite as friendly but were still helpful. Pool and lounge area were perfectly nice, and it was a quiet and relaxing vibe.

Good quiet location close to everything in Las Palmas Liked · This is a lovely small Scandi style hotel. Very nice modern design and very clean. Comfortable beds, good bathroom and a lovely little balconey. The pool area was great too. Breakfast had a very wide range of items. Well located for public transport as its beteen two roads that have frequent busses. Nice place to stay. Disliked · No single/twin beds so not good if you are two friends staying.

The young woman always made sure that nothing was missing. The coffee was delicious. -Unfortunately, we were only here for one night; otherwise, we would have enjoyed the heated pool and sun loungers as well. Many thanks to all the wonderful staff!

Beautiful hotel, clean and cared for down to the smallest detail. Excellent breakfast! The only flaw, perhaps, is the location, because there's actually more to do in the south. So we drove up and down a bit. But I'd choose it again a thousand times over.

A surprisingly nice hotel, with a completely ZEN design. Small-scale and very cozy/quiet! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Ideal if you enjoy something different and quiet. Just be careful not to get the upper rooms, as they're slanted...annoying if you're tall, and there's no balcony either.
