Visitors frequently praise the hotel's cleanliness, modern design, and the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. A common observation is that the rooms, while nice and comfortable, can appear smaller than in photographs.

Everything is perfect; the location is a 30-minute walk from the beautiful beach, which is fine. There's another beach nearby.

The service was fantastic. Personalized, thanks to Guillermo who was always attentive during breakfast, concerned about our comfort and making everything much easier. The rest of the staff were very friendly and kind. We'll be back!! Thank you ALL!!

A lovely, clean, and well-maintained hotel with a good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms look a little bigger in the pictures than they actually are.

Stayed here for a week during a swimming training camp. The 2-star rating undersells the place — the rooms feel more like a solid 4-star: brand new, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished (Ikea-modern), with effective AC, a thoughtful lighting design, fridge, and safe. Door access is via keypad code, which I appreciated — no card or key to lose. Staff were genuinely friendly. The garden and pool area is well laid out with plenty of loungers and armchairs, and we often had lunch and picnicked there. Two things worth knowing. Rooms are only cleaned three times a week — though when they do clean, it's done meticulously, almost like a fresh check-in. And the windows have blackout curtains but no sheer layer behind them, so you can't let daylight in without also letting people see in. My room (M4) was directly next to the breakfast room, so I'd expect some morning noise if you're assigned that one. Minor points overall. Recommended.
