The room was fine, with a good view, however, we had a room right next to the elevator. Because of this, it was always very noisy. The location is perfect, for example, for cruises. It's close to the port, and there's a bus station nearby with a direct connection to the airport.

Apparently, if you have to stay during Carnival, the staff prefer to have a good time, ignoring the demands of those who paid a fortune to stay there. I arrived and took a shower, and apart from the water spraying everywhere because the drain was clogged (so they didn't clean at all)... as soon as I got out of the shower, a piece of curtain fell on me and cut me. I went down to reception and they completely ignored me. I had to go to the pharmacy alone, in a country that isn't my own. The next day, although an employee told me she had spoken to the manager, in the end neither she nor the manager helped me (to top it off, the manager doesn't work on Sundays...). The only solution was to leave early to return to my country. A terrible experience; the laziest employees I've ever seen. And to top it all off, they didn't even refund me for the days I couldn't enjoy... shameful beyond belief... and I'm left with a nasty scar for life. Thanks a lot, URBANSEA, you're the worst.

I'll be staying here for a month for work... the breakfast was good... the room was comfortable... I've noticed volleyball team activities and entertainment, which the staff handled very efficiently. The room faces the avenue, but it's very quiet.

The hotel is very well located right in the city center, the bed is large and comfortable, and the service is 10/10—the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downsides are the parking (it's very difficult to find free parking in the area) and the bathroom being right next to the bed.

Good morning, I haven't had any experience here yet, but from the photos and other reviews it looks good. I usually stay in hotels, but this one makes me a little nervous, because I see that people are sleeping next door and turning it into a dump day by day. I don't understand why neither you nor Banco Sabadell are doing anything about it.

A perfect place to arrive the night before a cruise, in close proximity to the cruise terminal.

The room wasn't very clean; there was a lot of limescale in the bathroom. At first, they wouldn't let us use the balcony, even though we had booked one. The location was great, with easy access to the beach.
