Fantastic value hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to shopping and grocery stores. Simple room with nice view. However, the hotel's rooftop pool was not heated, which meant we couldn't take a dip.

Well located. The hotel is divided into two buildings. The rooms in building 2 are wonderful.

A comfortable place near the beach

I find the hotel very comfortable, recently renovated, with a gym and public parking nearby.

I stayed one night and it was a nightmare. The alarm kept going off, I couldn't sleep all night. I was given room 511, a dark maze to get to, which is the least of it, but for a four-star hotel, the lack of lighting and the constant alarm were appalling. At the restaurant, they offered me a solution: I'm celiac and they're charging me extra. My rating would be zero. I'm someone who regularly stays in four-star hotels, and this was a disaster. Never again!

Four-star room with a mini-fridge and very new, at a very low price, like a hostel. And a small pool overlooking the port with two super comfortable hanging chairs. Las Canteras beach is a 4-minute walk away.

For a 3-night stay, the staff is always available at any time, and room cleaning is provided daily.
