Hotel Ciudad del Mar
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and restaurants, along with its clean, modern rooms and helpful staff. However, some guests found the rooms to be airless and dim, with one reviewer noting the breakfast was minimal and the hotel felt soulless, especially when fewer staff were present.

I spent two days in the rooftop/penthouse with a jacuzzi, and it's a fantastic place. I highly recommend it. Leopoldo, the host, is very attentive and patiently and pleasantly showed me how everything worked. The accommodation is very spacious, easily accommodating up to three people. It's clean, discreet, and completely private. The elevator opens directly onto the terrace, and you can lock it so only guests can access it—ideal for families or couples. There's a kitchenette with a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a ceramic hob, so if you want more privacy, you can do your shopping at a supermarket and cook there. The jacuzzi had a minor drawback: it was recently repaired, and it was a bit windy at night. But anyone who enjoys hydrotherapy will be happy. I consider it one of the best accommodations in La Isleta. There was no kitchen roll, but you can request it. Thanks to Leopoldo and his family.
We stayed from March 6th to 8th, 2026. The hotel stay was not what we expected because they don't have room service on weekends, or at least that was the excuse they gave us when we complained about our room not being cleaned. If they had told me that from the beginning, I would have looked for another hotel.
Fantastic experience! The hotel is top-notch and the service is excellent. I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately, they were fully booked—which is understandable given how great it is. A huge thanks to the entire team for their hospitality. Highly recommended!"
We stayed during the Easter weekend of 2026 and it was absolutely perfect, a 10 out of 10 for choosing this hotel. We booked with breakfast included, and although it wasn't served at the hotel itself, it was totally worth it. Just a 3-minute walk to a great restaurant on Las Canteras beach. Beautiful views, a great place for breakfast, and if you take advantage of the opportunity to stroll along the sand beforehand... spectacular! ❤️❤️❤️😍 As for the room, I had initially selected an interior room, but for just 14 euros more, the receptionist who checked me in the week before recommended the one we ended up with. Hats off to her! Especially considering we were traveling with our 15-year-old daughter. It was spacious, comfortable, with a large bathroom, everything was spotless, and above all, incredibly quiet for sleeping. And finally, a special mention to the receptionist who assisted us every day. Very friendly, eager to please and satisfy customers—one of those rare finds these days... Thank you very much.
