Awesome place to stay. Beautiful large home, very clean, nice neighborhood, and easy check in.

Amazing cozy inn near Eugene’s river path. This beautiful old home has been carefully restored and is a delight to stay in. Easy access to the Whitaker neighborhood and downtown. Highly recommend!

This was a great house in a great location. Want to go wine tasting? There's plenty within a short drive. You like beer, you say? Well, there are a couple of breweries within walking distance. Tennis? There's a court next door in the park. Sports fan? The University of Oregon athletic fields are all within a short bike ride across the river. There's also a game room in the basement. There is great hiking within a short drive from the River Path Inn as well. Can't remember the name of the butte we hiked, but it was awesome. The owners have great taste. The bedrooms, game room, kitchen, and common areas are all very nicely decorated, and the house was VERY clean! The hosts were also very nice and responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Love! Love! Love! Comfortable, clean cozy rooms for reasonable prices. The bathrooms were well stocked with supplies, and a large well-furnished kitchen is available for use. Beautiful yards. The Inn is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the river. Restaurants are nearby and easy to get to and the hosts are very friendly and available when needed. We definitely plan to stay here again when in Eugene visiting with family.

The Riverpath Inn is WONDERFUL! This inn is curated with such detail and wholesome amenities - Where do I begin? With cleanliness of course, which evidently is taken quite seriously by the Riverpath staff. The rooms and bathrooms and common spaces (such as the ever-so-comfy living room and very well stocked kitchen) were as immaculately cleaned as they were comfortable. The shower water pressure was great and the hot water was plentiful. The beds are new, plush, and luxurious and provided sound sleep. The amenities are varied and bountiful, from feminine hygiene products to pony tail hair ties to makeup remover pads and q-tips, the Riverpath innkeepers thought of everything. I especially loved the teas and coffees selection and utilizing the stainless steel water kettle and coffee pot in the morning before taking a leisurely walk to breakfast along Blair Street. Do not miss this gem! Take it from an fellow innkeeper from the Oregon Coast (that’s me), the Riverpath sets the bar WAY high for the rest of us, and I’m honored to call this our new Eugene go-to resting spot when we need to come to the valley and be pampered. BONUS *** Here’s an adventure hack for those of you coming to town and might catch some music from the many night spots downtown or in the Whitaker Neighborhood: each room has complimentary earplugs, perfect to gently null some of terrifically delicious band energy found on each clubs’ stage - Take a couple with you to keep you rockin’ whilst in town! *** 🤘🤘❤️❤️

Eugene's best! We just stayed here for the second time, and they did not disappoint. This Inn is immaculate, beautiful, and cozy! We had to travel on Christmas day this year, to be in Eugene for our daughter's surgery the following day. The owners were wonderful and accommodating, so friendly! We were able to use the kitchen to prepare our lasagna and salad, and we enjoyed a cozy dinner in the dining room. It was wonderful to have that as there were not many options open. Our room was perfect, the bed comfortable and we enjoyed two nights of great sleep. It is our go to now if travelling to Eugene.

Honestly the space and area surrounding the Inn were a phenomenal location to access all of Eugene splendid offerings!

Beautiful, peaceful. Well taken care of and well stocked. Bathrooms were very well cleaned and stocked. Will definitely stay here for future visits.

I almost don’t want to say anything so I can keep this gem to myself! This place is adorable! Minimalist in all the best ways. It had thoughtful amenities like hair ties, q-tips, cotton pads. The room we were in was spacious, the bed was INCREDIBLE, comfy in every way, mattress and the sheets. It had an awesome shared kitchen that we didn’t use, but will next time. The check in was so easy, and the communication with the people was great, especially since there was no physical check in. Parking was tight, but there’s street parking too. It was the perfect stay.
