i LOVED this airbnb it was sooo cute loved the decor it has a lot of character & Alexis is such a gem! amazing prompt and helpful customer service. plus the rooftop restaurant is really nice. super clean and well maintained. stayed here for 8 days and it was a seamless experience. lovely experience here and i’ll definitely be back!! thank you!

Unsanitary, Tiny Rooms, and Shameless Review Manipulation. "The 'boutique' aesthetic is a complete illusion. I walked into my tiny room and was hit with an overwhelming, disgusting smell, a mix of deep mold and an ammonia/urine scent. There was no one in the lobby at the time, I managed to get in touch with someone from the hotel through texting repeatedly and they gave me the code to a new room, which didn't have the smell but the other issues below. The room lacked basic amenities, no coffee maker or even a single cup. I had to go to the lobby just to find a paper cup, where the 'complimentary coffee' for the entire building was a cheap plastic Mr. Coffee machine brewing instant-tasting garbage. When it was time to sleep, it got worse. The bed feels incredibly cheap with it's lumpy mattress, and they use terrible, synthetic polyester sheets that trap heat and make you sweat through the night. They also manipulate their reviews. I overheard staff in the lobby aggressively asking guests to leave reviews. Yet, when they called me at the end of my stay and I gave them this exact feedback, they completely avoided asking me for a review. They then called back promising a 20% discount on a future stay to 'make it right,' which they never actually sent. They are actively suppressing negative feedback and farming positivity to trick people into booking a hotel that operates below the standard of a budget motel.

3rd stay at this great hotel in the perfect location. Clean. Comfortable Friendly. We will be back.

Customer service was excellent and never had any issues with the room I stayed in. Nice rooftop bar and restaurant.

Great experience and great service

It was a very pleasant stay during my short trip to Miami. The staff were all very accomodating and quick to respond. The room was clean and area was peaceful, however it is about 10-11 minute to the nearest public transportation. The buses are pretty slow here though so I would recommend just renting a car or ubering.

Very cute small hotel with a mid-century decor. The rooms are small but very clean and nice. Would stay here again.

Really nice stay! Convenient location in little Habana, confy rooms and a cozy rooftop :)
