Didn’t stay just went in to look at it and hit the king tut experience. That was cool. Nothing real from the room so not worth the money to visit it. I went thru 6-3-2026

Room in the west tower 5 floor not worth of money, view is basicly big wall. Be careful taking shower, you might get seriously hurt, presure is so high. Taking shower is really chalenge, unless u want to take cold shower. Internet and TV service is going in and out. This hotel needs some upgrade or better maintenance. Badge access in elevator is hit and miss. I have used one that both scanners are working. Room floors desperately need carpet wash. Fire alarm was covered with plastic bag.

Disappointing Accessibility Failure and Terrible Service ⭐ ZERO STARS I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of accessibility and accommodations at the Luxor. I booked an accessible room, but the bed was barely two feet off the floor. Once you sat on the mattress, it slouched down even further because it wasn’t even on a box spring. As someone who requires a proper transfer height, this bed was completely unusable and unsafe for me. When we asked for a reasonable accommodation—something nearly every hotel handles easily by using bed risers, an extra mattress, or a topper—the staff completely refused to help and essentially told us "tough luck." To make matters worse, we were given the runaround. Front desk staff claimed engineering would come up to look at it, but feeling like we weren't being told the truth, we went down to the lobby to speak with a manager. The manager flatly contradicted the staff, stating they do absolutely nothing to accommodate bed heights and that no one was coming to help us. Faced with the reality of being stranded in Vegas without a bed I could safely get in and out of, we were forced to cancel our reservation last minute. We moved over to the Aria instead, where the beds were perfect, comfortable, and fully accessible. Luxor’s complete disregard for basic accessibility needs and their dishonest communication made a stressful situation so much worse. If you have mobility needs or require standard ADA transfer heights, do not rely on this hotel.

Came here for Cisco Live, got a great price but was on the second floor which sucked given the noise but fun either way 🤷‍♂️

Was very nice! I got a room that was by the silver elevator, which was very hard to find and i did have to ask a cleaner to find my room. However once I found my room it was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. One thing tho that was pretty bad was my room was by the Taxi area, and the taxis were honking like crazy at night. Would bring a fan for some extra noise though.
