What reviewers say

Visitors often praise the Luxor's iconic pyramid design and unique atmosphere, finding it a classic Las Vegas experience with plenty to see and do. However, many complain about dated rooms needing maintenance, poor soundproofing, and frustrating check-in processes often relying on confusing kiosks with limited staff assistance.

About this place Luxor Las Vegas

Luxor Las Vegas is that 30-story pyramid at the south end of the Strip, unmistakable with its 315,000-watt light beam shooting into the sky. It’s a place to stay if you want to say you stayed in a pyramid.

The rooms themselves come in a few flavors. Standard rooms have the usual: flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi. Suites get you more space, sometimes a soaking tub, and a separate sitting area. Some even have wet bars, which, this being Vegas, makes sense. Heads up, though: rooms in the pyramid itself have slanted walls. It's part of the architecture, but it can be a surprise if you're not expecting it.

Like most Strip hotels, there’s a resort fee. And, naturally, you won’t go hungry or thirsty. There’s a steak and seafood spot, a Mexican cantina, a pizza joint, and an Irish pub. Nothing groundbreaking, but it gets the job done.

Las Vegas draws a lot of LGBTQ+ visitors, and a Strip resort like Luxor puts you pretty close to the city’s many gay-friendly clubs and shows. It’s a big hotel, so it works whether you’re traveling alone, with friends, or as a couple.

Horrible experience and that was checking in. The hotel representative, Josephine, should not work with guests. She has a horrible disposition!

An enjoyable place to stay, lots of things to see and do. Also is situated between two other hotels/casinos, with super easy access to both.

What kind of hell do you want? Long lines to nowhere? An incorrect check-in time? Or would you prefer to pay for parking twice for the same car? This place is a joke from booking to disappointment.

I recently stayed at Luxor Hotel & Casino and had a great experience overall. The iconic pyramid design makes it one of the most recognizable hotels in Las Vegas. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered excellent views of the Strip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.✨✨✨
