What reviewers say

Many guests praise the helpful and friendly staff, with specific mentions of Letticia, Monique, and DayDay for their excellent service. However, some visitors have been frustrated by unexpected closures of amenities like the pool and restaurant, and one guest was unable to stay due to an undisclosed age restriction.

About this place The Artisan Hotel

The Artisan Hotel is a boutique property for LGBTQ+ travelers, just two blocks from the Strip and off I-15. It's a smaller option than the mega-resorts, but still close to the action. The whole place leans into an artsy vibe, with rooms decked out in ornate, sometimes funky, decor that you won't find at most Vegas hotels. Rooms come with WiFi and iPhone docks. Suites add flat-screen TVs and sitting areas; some even have walk-in closets or pool tables. There's a resort fee. Don't expect quiet nights. The hotel has several bars and live entertainment, especially on weekends. They even hand out complimentary earplugs, which you'll probably need. By day, there's a European-style pool area with cabanas. It’s a good spot to unwind before the evening really gets going.

If I could give these guys a zero I could! watch out because if you file or book through a third party booking agency the third party will charge you a resort fee and the hotel will charge u that resort fee again and then when u call to ask about getting it back and hang up on you repeatedly. Number one the hotel pool closes at 7:00 that is the lamest thing I've ever heard especially since it's a topless pool. This is the latest hotel they expect you to give the ID of every person that comes to your room or stays. PRETTY SURE THAT'S AN INVASION OF PRIVACY AND IM SUING THEM So let me just add that this hotel owner proceeded to say that on here but when I called them to discuss the reserve he being charged twice I got hung up on four times so that really didn't get me anywhere I just thought I should add that to this review

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday. We split up our stay. We stayed in the penthouse for 2 days and then a standard king for 3 days. When going into the penthouse ALL THE LIGHTS WERE OFF AND I couldn’t see anything. I fell and hurt my knees very bad. There were NO signs that said “watch your step”. LET ALONE A DARN LIGHT on so you can see what’s in front of you. We paid for an early check in but it seemed like the room wasn’t ready to begin with. I told the front desk lady that I fell in the room and all she said was “oh yeah my manager said she heard a loud noise from that room” & laughed. I fell June 3rd and my knees are still swelling from this incident today is June 8th and I just left the property this morning. The penthouse had not been cleaned. Lights in the restrooms all flickered on and off the entire stay. Which was also brought to the front desk clerk attention in which she said “oh ok and an electrician was just there”. No accommodation just had to deal with it. Videos showing all the issues are going to be posted with this review. I also showed the front desk lady these videos and she did nothing. Like another lady mentioned in the reviews below. The rooms are not clean like that. My boyfriend and I had to wear shower shoes as well in the penthouse. The shower was not cleaned out there was hair all in there. Which I did forget to mention that to staff members. There staff is extremely friendly I loved each and every single staff member there. I only met 1 house cleaner and even she expressed there’s only 1 person working every position there. So that tells you there not doing a thorough job cleaning the rooms. There’s too many rooms to employees. But the lack of people staying in the hotel has them very lacks.. There was a complete mess under the bed in the penthouse like they just swept everything under the bed like 5 year olds. We thought we lost something under it so that’s why we looked in the first place. During our transfer to our standard king room. The nice lady at the podium was escorting us to our room on the 4th floor. A BIG ROACH WAS COMING OUT THE ROOM. Yes coming out like he had a long weekend and needed to head back home. The lady stepped on it and told us to go back down and take to the front desk lady which we did immediately! We told her what happened & to please give us a different room in which she did. My man and I probably won’t stay here again. I’m alil upset because no type of compensation was offered after bringing all this to the ladies attention. It sucks to make this review when other staff members made staying there do-able with their wonderful personalities. The management and the front desk lady with the black and reddish hair need some retraining. Everyone else this review does not reflex the hospitality you all provided me and my boyfriend.

The place is absolutely filthy. The penthouse was kind of nice looking; but it reeked of cigarettes and I was too icked to even use the towels. I even wore shower shoes. The staff was nice.
