Palace Station is a high-rise casino hotel about a mile from the Las Vegas Strip, an easy enough base for exploring the city's LGBTQ+ scene.
You're 2.3 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center. The rooms run from the simple courtyard type to slicker, modern tower rooms and suites. All have flat-screen TVs, a sitting area, and Wi-Fi. Some of the upgraded rooms have designer toiletries, bay windows, and whirlpool tubs. Expect a resort fee on top of your room rate.
There's the casino, of course, but also a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a beauty salon. A shuttle runs to the airport. Palace Station is a practical, accessible option with the kind of accommodations and facilities you find in any full-service casino resort.

Fun
Great floor layout, spacious. They have a great variety of both old and new slots. Multiple tables featuring poker, blackjack, roulette, and traps. Great ventilation / air filtration which helps keep the play area from being smoke-filled. Their is also a wide variety of din I need options in the food court, as well as several nice restaurants. Their is also a movie theater, a pool, bowling lanes, and an arcade for the kids.
Slots up and down had a good time always clean and safe my go too.
Very clean room. Friendly staff. Good prices for food and drinks. Great location close to Strip and free parking. If you drive to Vegas or rent a car when you arrive make sure to give Palace Station a try.
All the Station hotels look like they're old and dusty inside so we had never been, but I must say it has been a fantastic experience so far. The rooms are clean and updated, and have a bathtub- a rarity here. I gave 4 stars on the location only because it's off strip, but if the convention center is where you need to go, it's just 8min away. I gave 4 stars on rooms only because the beds are a little too soft for my taste and there's no coffee maker which I need to function, but amazingly there is a Starbucks right as you get off the elevator in the lobby so I didnt have to walk across the entire casino in my pajamas. Very thoughtful. There's actual room service, not DoorDash. The food is fantastic, portions are generous and the price is great compared to other places. The staff has been very nice. Self parking is close and free... really one of the best experiences I've had in Vegas. We went to The Strat about 2 weeks ago and it can't hold a candle to this place.
The stay was not bad at all. The room was immaculate, very clean, and had a great view. The overall service and facilities were satisfactory. However, I believe it is important to note a lack of transparency regarding the final charges. At check-in, a security deposit is charged and later refunded, which is standard. The issue is that at the end of the stay, additional charges are applied for mandatory resort fees due to Las Vegas regulations. The staff seems to take this fee for granted and does not clearly explain it at the beginning. In my case, I did not use the pool, nor did I request room service or housekeeping, yet I was still charged approximately $135 extra. I strongly suggest that these costs be explicitly explained from the very start. Many people travel on tight budgets and should not have to deal with these kinds of surprises when checking out.
