Grand Hotel Tijuana

Horrible experience we stay here about twice a year and this time will be our last, our car got broken into they broke the elevator on the window, our car was infront of the security in there under ground parking, they said they didn't have cameras and security was no help. Our room had no coffee machine and they usually always due. Security wanted to put the blame thay we left the window open and when my husband pulled the window apart the elevator was broken. Rooms are very old, out dated it's literally just the name you are paying for.

The Grand Hotel is a classic and a landmark in Tijuana. They are currently renovating the rooms, so some still have older TVs or carpeting. The service is generally good. It features an outdoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as a casino. The area offers everything you need within easy reach, with a variety of restaurants and shopping centers, and the border is just 10 minutes away.

An Amazing Recovery Experience at Grand Hotel Tijuana! I stayed at the Grand Hotel Tijuana for my pre-operative and post-operative recovery September 28 - October 8th plastic surgery with Dr. Mario Morán, and I genuinely had a wonderful experience! I arrived on September 28 and stayed on the 12th floor for my pre-op night. From the moment I arrived, the bellmen were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They immediately assisted me with my luggage and made sure I was taken care of. Their kindness continued throughout my stay, which meant so much, especially while recovering from surgery. The Recovery Staff Deserve Special Recognition! I want to personally recognize Francisca, Bernice, Jessica, and the other two wonderful ladies who helped care for me during my recovery. Every single one of them was amazing! They were attentive, compassionate, patient, and always willing to help. Recovering from major surgery can be uncomfortable, but having such a caring team made the entire experience much easier. I truly appreciated their kindness and the attention they gave me. The Oxygen Salon Was Another Highlight! One of my favorite amenities was the oxygen salon located right inside the hotel. Having access to hyperbaric oxygen therapy without needing to travel elsewhere was incredibly convenient during my recovery. The staff there were wonderful, and I appreciated being able to incorporate these sessions into my recovery routine while staying in the same building. The Location Is Fantastic, Especially for Companions! Another huge advantage of recovering at the Grand Hotel Tijuana is its location. If you're traveling with a companion, there is plenty for them to do while you're resting! Between the restaurants, shopping, nearby entertainment, and amenities within the hotel, your companion doesn't have to spend the entire trip sitting in a hotel room. There are plenty of places to grab a meal, enjoy some downtime, or explore the surrounding area. I think this is such an important factor when choosing a recovery location because your companion deserves to be comfortable and enjoy their stay as well. Convenience Makes a Difference During Recovery Having my recovery accommodations, nursing assistance, and oxygen therapy in one location made everything so much easier. I also appreciated having access to hotel services, including laundry, during my stay. It's those little conveniences that make a big difference when you're recovering and unable to do everything yourself. My Overall Experience I would absolutely recommend the Grand Hotel Tijuana to anyone considering staying here during their surgical recovery. The bellmen were wonderful, the recovery staff were exceptional, the oxygen salon was incredibly convenient, and the location offered plenty of activities for companions. Most importantly, I felt cared for throughout my stay. I attended a training session in the lobby lounge. They served coffee, water, pastries, and cookies. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

It is an amazing hotel that I highly recommend ! I Had such a great time during my vacation ! The pool Is amazing with cozy chairs and private space. You can order drinks at the pool . The hotel is super clean, the staff is friendly and helpful . The location is pretty safe, quiet in this area. My room was spacious and confortable.

We stayed here this weekend as a family, and we were 100% surprised at how awesome this place was! It was easily the most fun we've had together as a family in a while. The staff was wonderful, the property is great, and having strong AC was a huge plus. We spent plenty of time enjoying the fantastic pool and relaxing in the hot tub, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. The only hiccup was that our room wasn't cleaned properly before we got there, which was a bit disappointing at first. However, everything else was so super great that we still had an incredible time. We would definitely come back lots of times from now on!

A mid-to-high-quality hotel with most of its rooms recently renovated and quite good service. It has an outdoor pool and a gym, a good buffet, good Wi-Fi, and overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice and well-equipped hotel, but they make a mess of things with room management; they have problems with reservations and payments and say it's a system issue.

Everything was excellent, centrally located, with plenty of entertainment, food, shops, and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Raul at the restaurant was a 10/10 for service and kindness. I always stay at this hotel without any problems.
