Best hotel in Tijuana.

Excellent location. Pleasant stay. Nice decor. The reception staff were very friendly and smiling. They greeted us with a complimentary gift.

Beautiful Hotel, But Service Needs Improvement ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 Stars Hotel Indigo Tijuana is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained. The staff greeted me upon arrival, and the affordable valet was a plus. However, despite being friendly, the valet attendant had me go behind his station to look for my own keys, raising concerns about vehicle security. Unfortunately, the service fell short. The bar staff lacked hospitality, and room service staff unprofessionally requested a tip upfront. The biggest disappointment was being told at 9 AM that towels weren’t available because the staff responsible for them hadn’t arrived yet. Basic necessities should always be accessible to guests. Checkout was also frustrating. My key deactivated immediately, and getting back into my room to retrieve a forgotten item became an unnecessary hassle. Noise is another consideration. The hotel is on a busy street with a nightclub next door, and the noise continued past 3 AM. It didn’t bother me too much, but light sleepers should keep this in mind. Overall, a beautiful property with great potential, but service, organization, and guest comfort need improvement.

The hotel is very nice, the room is large, with excellent views, and overall very good service from all the staff. The restaurant is good; I recommend it.

We celebrated a birthday there, the view is amazing. The service was very attentive, only the food took a little while to arrive.

Be careful at this location I stay here a few times , the staff are a bunch of newbies I stay with my pet i paid a deposit of 2k pesos , when i check in , as i was checking out they inspected the room as no damages were done they proceeded to return my deposit , but the transaction was was never credited in my account, I called a few times to resolve the issue they manager was goint to return my call which she never did up to this day ,

It's a 10/10 hotel. I've stayed 3 or 4 times and the service has always been excellent, and I would definitely go back. BUT, on this last occasion, which was today, a remote for my garage door was lost from my car (I'm not saying it was stolen, but perhaps it was lost through negligence), and I know it was in my car before I went into the valet parking lot. I'm certain it happened there. It makes me a little uneasy because it's the access to my house, and also because I cross the border daily, and you know, being from Tijuana and San Diego, there are the "blind mules." I hope you can improve that aspect of the service a little more and pay attention to these kinds of details, because it's a great hotel with great staff. It should be clarified that I have never stayed at or visited this hotel, but today, Saturday, September 26th, between 3:00 and 3:30 AM, I was waiting for an Uber right outside the parking lot entrance (on 4th Street) when three security guards approached me (I was completely alone) and told me I couldn't stand in the street. It escalated to the point where one of the guards (or valet parking attendant) assaulted me by pushing me. I find this action completely outrageous. They defended themselves by arguing that "the camera was watching them"... The same camera on 4th Street completely captured the assault I suffered at the hands of one of their employees. Just consider the principles by which the staff of this place operate.

Very nice hotel. Great services. Reminds me of what good hotels were like 50 years ago in their quality of service. Much better than even high end hotels today.
