It has a good atmosphere, but the problem is they charge a lot and have a schedule that isn't very good for the price. If you pay the price they charge, it's only fair that they let you stay longer. You can't do anything with the three hours they give you, so they should change their rules because otherwise they might lose customers with restricted hours.

Now I understand the bad rating. The lady who serves is rude and argues about parking; you can't park here. I don't recommend it.

Serious criticism. They no longer provide padlocks, only plastic zip ties, but they give padlocks to their valued customers and treat them better. They even offer better service than someone who doesn't frequent the establishment, but they do expect a tip. So, they're not fair in their service, and I don't recommend leaving a tip if you want them to earn it with equal treatment. I don't go often, but when I do, I order food and the service isn't the same, so there you have it. IF YOU DON'T LEAVE THEM MONEY, THEY DON'T TREAT YOU THE SAME. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I just want to warn you, be careful with the people at the bar. They discreetly take pictures of you while you're undressing. They should ban cell phones in that area; I've seen it happen. They don't respect the privacy of the people who go there, people who just go to drink. Don't be surprised to see your pictures on the internet.

The place is terrible. It's full of mold and dampness. Arnulfo, the one who works upstairs, turns off the hot water on his own. We pay 250 pesos for a general steam room, and yet Arnulfo doesn't respect our payment and turns off the hot water. It's a terrible place; avoid it.

The place is a bit run-down, but if you're familiar with places like this all over Mexico, it's actually in decent condition compared to others. The best thing about this place is the atmosphere at the bar; many people don't go into the steam room, they just hang around. While you're in the steam room, you can step out for a drink and come right back in. Overall, it's a good time, and if you're into casual, no-nonsense vibes, this is the place for you.
