Really nice hotel! The rooms are spacious and loved the complementary cookies! The gym was very nice even though it was on the smaller side and they had a pool. Will definitely be back if I ever am in the area!

Really close to the Bayshore trail which was perfect for an after dinner walk.

The family and I stayed here over the 4th of July. It was kind of a last-minute thing and they had few rooms left. We'll start with the location. It was a bit out of the way really close to the airport. So if you're going to the airport and want a quality room at a really good rate with a great customer service, this is the place to go. However, other than the restaurant that was attached to the hotel, the closest food was an easy 20 to 30 minutes away depending on what you're into. Now for the bad the only reason I could not give this a five star was because of the location how far it is to all the amenities and everything around it. And the biggest one is the parking situation. $45 a night. They don't put on their website because it's not part of Hilton DoubleTree. It's an independent party. Be warned, they do not tell you this at checkout. However, there are signs all over the place saying to scan here, pay for parking. Just be aware it's pretty pricey to Park here.

I had a very pleasant stay! Sure the parking fee is lame but honestly the reasonable fees, deposit, location and all the free cookies you want made up for it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was reasonable with the appropriate weights/machines to do my workout. The room was clean and bed comfy! Water pressure in the shower and sink was fair. I was hesitant booking at first because of the reviews, but then I noticed most of these negative reviews are complaints about the parking fee, complaints about loud people in the other rooms(come on it's a hotel, what more do you expect, get over it lol) and complaints about some rooms being outdated I guess (again it's a hotel and if you expect luxury, then pay 385 per night at the fancy hotel next to the airport). The rooms and experience here were well worth the price and stay. Believe me, for being an extremely picky/high standard person myself, this hotel was good and the negative reviews unjustifiable.
