I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lily Hall, and it was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is sophisticated yet incredibly welcoming they’ve done an amazing job preserving the history of the building while making it feel modern and luxurious. The real highlight of the stay, however, was the service. I have to give a massive shout-out to Kari, who was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was perfect. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality, and her energy really made the trip special. If you’re looking for a spot in Pensacola that feels unique and high-end with a staff that actually cares, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Lily Hall is a quaint boutique hotel and a bit farther from my original target location, but I was happy to try something new. The finishes, bed, and overall accommodations were top-notch and clearly well considered. I was disappointed that the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working ideally. The room ran quite warm, and the AC unit itself was very loud. Had the bed and pillows not been as comfortable as they were, I likely wouldn’t have slept much. Being able to open a window or having a quieter fan would have made a noticeable difference. The internet connection was also a bit slow, especially given that the parking lot didn’t appear full. I had hoped to grab a snack at the bar downstairs, but they were understandably closing about 45 minutes early since I would have been the only patron, and it was Super Bowl Sunday. Still a disappointment. That said, I would stay at Lily Hall again, though I’d likely confirm room comfort in advance next time. I’d also happily return just for dinner and to check out the speakeasy.

I loved everything about our stay at Lily's. Very clean throughout and such a beautiful place and vibe. We enjoyed Pearl & Horn as a local restaurant about 8 min away. It's amazing!! We loved Brother Fox. It's one of a kind and a whole vibe itself. The food was outstanding!! The best Caesar salad l've ever had and the croutons. Mmm.. (Delicious) I’ll definitely be back soon..

Had a wonderful stay. Brother Fox and Sister Hen wonderful, staff excellent. The parlor and reading nook adorable. Bed comfortable, plenty of space in the room. I didn't give it a five because the air conditioner hummed all night for me it was difficult to sleep but my husband loved the white noise. Second issue the bed frame squeak and could be annoying. But the location is perfect for our staycation. Would return with earplugs.

Lily Hall is an absolute gem. We stayed for a night just to slip downtown, have some drinks, and enjoy the evening—and this place made the whole experience feel effortless. It’s quiet, beautifully decorated, and has that refined, tucked-away charm that makes for a perfect little getaway. Check-in online ahead of time is definitely the move. Having the door and room codes ready to go makes everything smooth when you arrive. There’s also a really nice restaurant downstairs, which adds to the overall vibe and convenience. One thing to note: the walls are a bit thin, so this is not the place to be loud or rowdy. Lily Hall is designed for people who appreciate calm, comfort, and a classy, peaceful stay. If that’s what you’re looking for, it’s absolutely worth a visit.
