About the event
Each year, the Pittsburgh Equality Center gives away thousands of pronoun pins/buttons at Pride festivals and community events to promote visibility, respect, and inclusion for our transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse neighbors. These buttons help people express their identities proudly and help others learn to honor them.
We’re hosting a fun and creative Button-Making Pizza Party to keep our supply strong! Volunteers will help assemble and package pronoun buttons in a variety of colors and styles using our button-making machines. While we work, we’ll share pizza, music, and great conversation. This a chance to connect with fellow community members while making a real impact.
