SBYC Tues — Gender Identity Support Group, Ages 14-18 (In Person)

Join our new South Bay youth Center peer-led group intended for youth exploring, questioning, and curious about their gender identity and expression. Ages 14-18 welcomed. This group is facilitated by a clinician. When: Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30pm Where: 1180 3rd Ave., Chula Vista, CA 91911 Contact: Email SBYC@thecentersd.org South Bay Youth Center services include: Safe & Affirming LGBTQI+ space, support groups, mental health resources Computer lab, community closet, snacks, video games, arts & crafts Gender affirming supplies, hormone replacement therapy referrals Name and gender marker change, sharp disposal, sexual health supplies Basic needs resources, school supplies, hygiene products & more! Please note that we provide hormone replacement therapy referrals and name and gender marker change referrals to people 18 and over. If you're interested and under 18, we can also talk to your parent(s)/guardian(s) to get them informed. In the state of California, anyone under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent to receive medical care.
