We were here last year and stayed here again. Great room. Fantastic staff. The breakfast was delicious, perfect start each day. The location in The Kloof is great for being able to walk restaurants in the evening.

**★★★☆☆** Mixed experience at Cloud9 Hotel in Gardens. The highlight is definitely the rooftop: the view of Table Mountain is absolutely stunning. We also really appreciated being able to store our luggage free of charge after check-out and use a shared shower before our flight, a thoughtful service that made our last day much more comfortable. Unfortunately, the airport transfer was a real letdown. Despite requesting it in advance by email and confirming it again in person at breakfast, it simply hadn't been arranged. It was eventually organised last-minute that evening, but when the driver arrived there was a lot of confusion about whether he was actually the booked driver and whether it was safe to go with him. Not the relaxed send-off you'd hope for. Overall, the value for money feels a bit on the expensive side.

From the booking experience, to arrival and our stay - we had an amazing experience for our anniversary. Excellent service! Our room was quiet, we had the option to close thick curtains to block out unwanted light. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Cloud 9, located in a lovely neighbourhood with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty to explore nearby. After a few initial hiccups with our room, the team went out of their way to make things right and upgraded us to a beautiful room with a balcony and stunning views of Table Mountain. What a treat to wake up to that view! The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A lovely hotel in a great location, with excellent service, a fantastic breakfast and amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Ideally located in Cape Town, the historic city is within walking distance, and Sea Point and Hout Bay are easily accessible by Uber. The neighborhood is very safe and has excellent restaurants. The hotel's rooftop restaurant and bar offer panoramic views, and the jacuzzi and pool also boast beautiful views. The food, especially breakfast, is exceptional. The staff is very welcoming and highly professional, attentive, and polite. The atmosphere in the morning is cheerful, setting the stage for a great day, thanks in particular to Daniel's outstanding work.

I had no intention coming to lunch at cloud 9🤣🙏 I walked past and the friendly porter at the entrance led me ending up there. The staff are super friendly and warm! From arrival to departure! Service is unobtrusively seamless. The foods and beverages were amazing, to start I had the beef deep fried balls, then had the kingklip as my main it was so good, fresh ingredients and responsible cooking definitely takes place. The outlets are neat clean and tidy. Again F&B staff are on top of things, never did I have to request anything they were literally 10 steps ahead of me. Overall my experience was beyond amazing 🤩 will definitely be back soon!
