One&Only Cape Town

A beautiful and elegant hotel; I really enjoyed it. The lobby seating with a cup of coffee and a mountain view was excellent. However, the only thing that bothered me was the noise of the birds every morning; it was very disturbing and we couldn't sleep. Thank you for your hospitality and the excellent staff.

This hotel/resort is phenomenal. Their hospitality is incredible and the beauty of the place is breath taking. This has been on of my favorite stays and we were so happy and taken care of while there! The spa was such a great experience- so great I had to book a second service the next day. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a memorable trip.

Good evening, Today, Sunday, at around 7:00 p.m., I had an unpleasant experience with one of the female employees. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced this kind of behavior. I was with my friends, and we were enjoying our time. When we asked for the bill, it was delayed as usual. This is also not the first time we have experienced a delay in receiving the bill. When it was time to pay, I asked the employee if each person could pay their own share separately. She responded with surprise, saying, “Why do you want to pay separately? One of you can just pay for everything,” and then asked us to look at the bill and calculate the amounts ourselves. I explained to her that calculating and splitting the bill is the employee’s responsibility, not mine. When she refused to assist us, she walked away and said, “If you want to pay, call me.” Honestly, her attitude was disrespectful and completely inappropriate, especially since we were customers who came to enjoy our time with our friends. I hope management reviews this incident and takes the appropriate action. I also hope more attention is given to selecting and training employees to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Based on my experience, unfortunately, I do not recommend this establishment given this level of service and customer treatment. Thank you.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Top-notch facilities, excellent breakfast, excellent staff. Highly recommended. However, it is also on the pricier side.
