Everything beautiful and well maintained with great service. Just lack of parking but overall great

A shabby hotel, certainly far from five-star standards (assuming the stars listed on the website are real and not made up). Shabby structure, shabby rooms. Courteous staff. Breakfast more than modest. The location isn't bad. The Zest has very little, if any, of a boutique hotel.

When you think of a boutique hotel, you imagine somewhere small, cozy, beautifully designed, and with exceptional service. This hotel is exactly that, and more. What impressed me most was the incredibly personal approach and attention to detail from the entire team. Everyone was so friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Chanel was absolutely wonderful, as was the whole team. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay truly special. A beautiful hotel with beautiful people. Highly recommended! ✨

Great position walking distance from waterfront on a quiet street. The staff is amazing, so nice and always helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast really good as well as the afternoon cakes. I would definately go back! Thanks a lot for making our staying so nice

Thank you to the entire team at the Zest Boutique Hotel, I just had a wonderful stay. Thank you to Mercy and Mali for their kindness, smiles, and good humor throughout the day. What a magnificent stay! It's the first time I've stayed in such a welcoming hotel. After a long day, returning to my room was so pleasant (a little sweet treat on my pillow, a made bed, and the heating on if it was a bit chilly in the evening...). Such thoughtful touches that made all the difference. Thank you again to the whole team, and see you soon! 🤞

We had a wonderful start to our stay in Cape Town at Zest Boutique. The staff (Tatenda and her team) always greeted us warmly, were very helpful, and ensured we had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much! :) The room was always well-maintained and clean. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. The Waterfront is about a 10-15 minute walk or a 5-minute Uber ride away, making it very centrally located. We would highly recommend Zest Boutique as a starting point for a road trip or for a longer city break.

Loved our stay at Zest Hotel. From check in to check out, we felt welcomed and comfortable. My favorite stay of our entire 2 week trip to South Africa. Our room was complimentary upgraded, breakfast was delicious, free cake at 3pm, staff was amazingly nice, and bed was comfortable. And we received a parting gift bracelet when we checked out. So sweet! The street is quiet and easy to find, right off of Main Street. Close to a Woolworth (grocery store) and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed much longer. The entire staff had made every moment of our stay enjoyable and memorable and gave as A+ service. The breakfast was delicious, the cake was delicious, and the room was clean, tidy, loaded with features and just AMAZING! Would 100% recommend this hotel again!

Even we stayed only for 1 night we really enjoyed our time here! Super helpful and friendly team. Everything we needed was in the room. Nice and spacious rooftop with a lovely view. Maybe not ideal soundproofing in the room but we are in the city center, so you can’t expect 100% silence. And it was so nice to get a lovely farewell gift 🫶Thank you!
