The staff was very kind and attentive, they even offered us a free upgrade on one of the rooms with double window, view of the Harbour. Rooms very big, modern and clean. Nothing to complain about, very good and would recommand!

It is spacious, clean, the water pressure is good, and there is nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent. Sheung Wan Station, tram stops, and bus stops are right next door, and the ferry to Macau and the Airport Rail Link are accessible within a 10-minute walk. There are restrooms and showers on the first floor, which is convenient for taking a shower after checking out and before heading to the airport. Additionally, there is a relaxation area with a great view on the rooftop; if you ask the staff at the front desk, they will direct you to the elevator that leads to it. The staff are generally very friendly and speak both English and Chinese fluently. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in a similar price range, but the quality is not quite on par with famous brand hotels. However, I was satisfied as I prefer spacious rooms.

The location is impeccable. It's a 3-minute walk from the metro station, a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal, which connects you to various noteworthy spots in Hong Kong. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. If you're looking to be in the Central area on Hong Kong Island, this is the perfect choice. The hotel itself: rooms are approximately 42-48 m², each with a kitchenette and an in-room coffee maker—a welcome addition to your day. There are three rooms on each floor—two corner rooms and one middle room. Corner rooms have significantly more windows, while on the higher floors, the glass takes up almost half the room—the bed literally covers the glass wall. The hotel charges an additional fee for these rooms. The toiletries are also noteworthy—they're high quality, which isn't always a given in hotels of this caliber. Depending on the room, you can choose between a shower or a bathtub—it's worth checking when booking if you have a preference. One caveat worth noting: the rooms are a bit tired—they're showing signs of age. It was always clean and well-maintained, but if you're looking for a fresh, modern feel, it's worth keeping that in mind. A practical advantage: there's a washing machine and dryer on each floor—you can use them freely. Very useful for longer stays. A little secret few guests know about: there's a terrace with a view on the roof. Only the second elevator goes there—not the first. It's worth taking it and checking it out. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant—breakfast, if included, is served at a nearby establishment. It's worth knowing in advance. And finally, honestly—no malice, purely with cold calculation: for the price the hotel charges for corner rooms on higher floors, you can find hotels in the same area with significantly better views. I also stayed on the top floor—and this conclusion is based on experience, not guesswork. The location is everything. The price-to-quality ratio—it's worth checking out the alternatives before you decide.

The location was the highlight. The room condition and spaciousness were also great for the price. Room cleaning was done without me having to request it, but the water glasses smelled like a dirty rag. Also, all the doors are heavy! I had breakfast at a nearby affiliated cafe, and I was satisfied.

My mother in law stayed here last week and woke up with bites all over her body. back, arms, legs, everywhere. she checked out the next morning obviously. reception told her she'd get refunded. when i followed up they told me to chase it through agoda. The hotel told us pest control inspected the room after checkout and found no trace of any insects. They also said they had the room treated for pests afterwards as a precaution. A room with no trace of insects does not need to be treated for pests. At this point, don't really care about the refund anymore. im writing so the next person sees this before they book. shes an older woman and it really shook her up. the photos are awful.

Well, this hotel's customer service was just awful, I’m never going back. This year I had a trip planned, but I came down with something right before leaving and needed a refund for my booking. I even sent them a note from a top-tier hospital saying I couldn’t fly because of my condition, but they kept giving me the same line—"no refunds after booking," no exceptions. Didn’t give back a single cent, even though the booking was almost $350. I’m seriously disappointed with how that went down. Really hope they step up their customer care in the future, thanks.

The location is genuinely great if you're looking to explore Hong Kong's SoHo neighborhood. Unfortunately, that's the only real highlight. The room photos on the booking site are misleading; the actual rooms are noticeably dated and in need of repair. The bathroom was dusty and dirty, which isn't acceptable regardless of price. Practical annoyances add up, too: very few outlets, and the ones that exist are awkwardly placed. The biggest letdown was the staff. The same person handled both check-in and check-out and was unwelcoming and dismissive on both occasions. The lobby itself is dark and uninviting; it sets a poor first impression from the moment you arrive. At this price point, it's passable, but given what else is available in the area, it's hard to recommend when better options are likely just around the corner.
