Clarence assisted with my room reservation this time (thank you for the special offer). Opened room with my SP and it was amazing. The bed was firm, giving my back enough support. Malaysia Durian Festival. 10 different kinds of Malaysian Durian. Authentic Asam laksa, prawn noodles are surprisingly good. Free flow wines, juice, soda incl. I am too full to taste every single item! More than 3 hours brunch! Durian lovers shouldn't miss it

I enjoyed the buffet. Angus was amazing! His introduction to desserts was memorable, beautifully done, and the desserts are clearly made with a lot of skill and care. My family had an enjoyable birthday dinner!

While a fine hotel can certainly provide a comfortable room and luxurious amenities, the true hallmark of world-class service lies in its ability to go beyond the tangible. Excellent hotel. Good location, decor and atmosphere. Spectacular and super varied breakfast. Very comfortable rooms. Spectacular views over the city. Spectacular outdoor pool. I highly recommend it.

The hotel doesn't look particularly impressive from the outside, blending in with its surroundings. The lobby is beautifully and stylishly furnished, as was our room. Elegant yet understated, and very spacious. Spotlessly clean! The view is truly impressive, the rooftop terrace stunning, and the pool an indescribably wonderful experience: relatively large (you can easily swim laps), plenty of lounge chairs and towels, and an absolutely magnificent view, including light shows in the evening. Open until 9:30 pm on weekdays. Completely happy.
