Lemon Tree Premier, Patna

I stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Patna, for 24 days, and what started as a hotel stay gradually began to feel like home. ❤️ The biggest highlight of my experience was the amazing staff, who made my long stay so comfortable and memorable. A special mention to Aarohi at the front desk, Ravi 1 and Ravi 2, and Chef Dharmender for their warmth, care, and hospitality. The restaurant staff deserve a special appreciation as well. I may not remember everyone’s names, but each one of them made a difference. They took genuine ownership, were always welcoming, and went out of their way to serve me food that felt just like home. It was not merely about the service; it was the personal touch, thoughtfulness, and warmth that made it special. When you stay somewhere for 24 days, it’s the people who make all the difference, and the team at Lemon Tree Patna truly made me feel at home. A big thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a wonderful experience. Hospitality at its best! Would definitely recommend this place, especially for anyone planning a longer stay in Patna.

Security is very poor. Some unknown person can to our meeting hall with the knowledge of the security personnels. Close circuit cameras capture the suspicious movement of this unknown person what don't know about the action taken by hotel authorities.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Lemon Tree Hotel! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, with excellent quality and presentation. Special appreciation to Chef Dharmendra for preparing such delightful dishes. A big thank you to Anish, the service supervisor, for his attentive service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. The entire experience was smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

Nice

Good hospitality and good food by chef dharmendra, shamshad and ganesh and the entire staff

I stayed for 3 days in October, with my son . I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. They have gone out of their way to make our trip so comfortable. The hotel is neat and clean and housekeeping staff is very attentive. My son developed fever and they helped me with all extra help I needed. I would specially like to mention the staff and chef at Citrus restaurant. Chef Dharmendra took extensive care and promptly adhered to my need for home cooked style preparation for my son. Restaurant Manager Mr. Ganesh got everything done swiftly. Staff Shamsad ,Ravi and Anish really helpful and made every meal special. Thank u for everything

Power fluctuations every now and then for hours during my stay from 4-5 Oct. Also, the breakfast goof up by Klook.

It's a very rich and classy atmospheric hotel in Patna they will provide you lots of room booking and but they will not provide you food in your room and suite

Restaurant of lemon tree is exceptional. Breakfasr hour also long 7 to 11am. All staff polite and very professional. Specially Mr. Ravi is very punctual and exeptional in his service and care towards customers. This guy always smiling and treat you like a family member. I wish him good luck for future.
