Manila Grand Opera House

I had a great experience with the front desk team, especially Princess. She was very accommodating and professional from the moment we arrived. We came early with our kids and a lot of luggage, and she handled everything so smoothly. She made us feel comfortable and ensured our check-in process was quick and easy. Truly appreciate her excellent service

It was comfortable and well situated for transport. Good value for money. Good service in the main. I would come here again

Nice clean rooms, good function room for seminars, food is good the most. Accessibility is good trains, jeepneys are adequately available parking is spacious, and the rates are competitive

The staff are incredibly accommodating and attentive. The rooms are well-maintained, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the provision of toiletries. To top it off, they serve a very good breakfast! A great experience overall.

the rooms had no main bright light, so the place was a bit dark. the shower also didn't have heaters but the aircon was cold and the beds were good. maybe a bit subpar
