Tels Quels ("as they are") is a Brussels LGBTQ+ association dating from the late 1970s. It has long combined a cheap, non-commercial bar with a community centre: talks, screenings, support services and meetings alongside an ordinary evening drink. It's more a place for locals and volunteers than a nightlife stop, and it's a good way to meet people outside the commercial gay bars. Our records give two different addresses: Place de la Liberté 4, and the older spot on Rue du Marché au Charbon.
