Mercure Namur Hotel

We did not get the room we had booked; instead of a superior room with a view of the Meuse, we ended up in a room in the attic with a skylight and a view of the cliff.

Hello, I'm very disappointed. I didn't sleep a wink last night. There were bugs in the room (I have a photo if you'd like one of the bugs I put in the bathroom), and lots of fingernails on the floor next to the bed. And unfortunately, I lost €1600 at the hotel casino! My stay was very disappointing! Sincerely.

It's a lovely hotel. My room was very nice. We slept well. Unfortunately, we didn't eat at the restaurant because they were having an event and it was closed to customers. But there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was very convenient. Thank you.

Picturesquely located along the banks of the River Meuse, right at the base of the Citadel and a short 10–15 minute walk from the historic city center. Modern, stylish 4-star rooms (renovated ~2022) with large beds and in-room Nespresso machines.(Includes access to the Cinq Mondes Spa, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, fitness center, La Carte du Roi restaurant, and the adjoining Circus Casino Resort.

Beautiful hotel, but with deplorable service. The parking lot was closed (the surrounding area is a blue zone, so you have to move your vehicle every 3 hours). The restaurant was closed, and the town center was a 1 km walk away in the rain. All this without any notification, neither by text nor email! A heartless apology email and a complete lack of compassion—in short, avoid this place!

Nice spot and river view is a must 👍

A very nice hotel, a very warm welcome from the staff, always available, a perfect view, and a very, very clean room. I would give it a 10/10 and I would recommend it to friends.

A very nice hotel with an ideal location, close to the historic city center. Spacious room, impeccable service and welcome. Thank you to Aline for her smile 😃 and to all the staff.
