Rooms Base

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Rooms Base in September 2025. The location is perfect with lots of sightseeing and restaurants very close by. The owner is very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We arrived around 8:00 pm after taking the ferry from Dubrovnik. Ivo met us to give us the key. He explained everything about the Internet and TV. He was super nice. There are 3 apartments with a nice handmade store on the bottom floor. The location is amazing as it's within the palace. Ivo met us early in the morning to give him back the key. The apartment is studio with an electroc kettle. The location is amazing within walking distance to everything.

We arrived yesterday and decided to stay an extra night thanks to the kindness of the host and the beauty of the location. Super central location, very comfortable and clean room. Highly recommended.

I love Split, and this accommodation also. We were here for a few day, and it was pleasure to stay in the heart of a former Diocletian palace. The owner is very kind and helpful.
