Super service at check-in and check-out. Lovely room with nice pillows and duvet. Fantastic breakfast buffet with lots of treats.

Don't book this hotel, it is in the middle of a construction site. It is very poorly accessible because the road is closed. The detour is not clearly indicated! Parking and loading cars is really terrible, there is only a very limited number of parking spaces spread across 2 garages. At charging stations, there are cars that are not charging and also do not need to charge. Ultimately, you end up in the parking lot of a shopping mall where parking is more expensive.

Suddenly during the shower the water stopped, Saa had to go home with shampoo in her hair, and the business room on the 12th floor with a double view was cold because the heating didn't work, hoping for compensation but hasn't heard from them yet.

Central located, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, a nice little bar for a late evening drink

A rather recent hotel in a modern tower near the city center (10 minutes on foot), although poorly maintained, with stained and yellowed walls. The family room has two comfortable double beds, one slightly smaller for two children/teenagers, but at least they offer a real bed instead of the usual very uncomfortable sofa bed for children. Windowless bathroom with a shower stall (and not a curtain like in most hotels in Denmark). Unfortunately, the room does not have windows that open; the fact that I could not change the air in any way was annoying to me. Carpet everywhere, even in the restaurant, really unhygienic. Breakfast was average, a poor selection of sweet options, a disgusting chocolate cream (it would be enough to have the classic Nutella). We had dinner at the restaurant, but the dishes did not convince us at all: the pasta bolognese on the children's menu was very spicy and seasoned, impossible for children to eat. The vegan burger was tasteless and the fries were fried in fish oil and burnt. Covered parking for a fee, difficult to find a spot despite having purchased it. Reception staff very kind and helpful, a round of applause to those who welcomed and helped us; it is not a given to find kind people in Danish hotels.

We stayed here 3 nights for visiting Aarhus. The hotel is large and modern, and the location is fine to visit the city. We had requested rooms next to each other or with a connecting door for us and the 3 children, but unfortunately did not get this and upon inquiry there was no availability for this anymore. The rooms themselves were standard but not so clean. We missed a small fridge and bottle of water on arrival. The breakfast was very tasty and extensive. Just a pity that we only discovered the coffee corner on the 6th floor ourselves on our last night. The car park was quickly filled and with a roof box not to enter. The hotel is currently doing major renovations so this will definitely be noticeable in the coming year.

Nice location, really good breakfast, but the hotel room was not clean, that spilled food residue on the dining chair, that was spilled on the couch and sofa pad, which was pretty nasty. We made the staff aware of the lack of cleaning and the nasty furniture, but without action. This is not what one expects of such a large chain.

Clean and functional, the rooms are extremely impractical with steps by the bed and no way to properly open a suitcase. The designers were probably men who do not think practically!! Staff very friendly.

We will definitely come back! Nice facilities, nice and clean hotel, welcoming staff, breakfast was perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
