Hôtel de Berne

We stayed one night at this hotel, which was very welcoming, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. I highly recommend it.

Amazing location, nice rooms and service

The hotel was nice. There were various room sizes. Mine was smaller yet comfortable one, but it could use some renovation, such as fixing the bathroom door handle. In the room however a big plus for me was the capsule coffee maker and the electric kettle. There were coffee mugs as well and the atmosphere was quite comfortable. The services were excellent, the room was kept in its best condition throughout our stay and the staff was very kind and attentive. The breakfast was amazing- the food was fresh and tasty while the view and atmosphere of the room were lovely. I think the hotel offers all three meals at an affordable price as well if you can attend. The location is perfect if you are ready to spend your time exploring- it's a few minutes away from the train station and it's surrounded by many local restaurants for all budgets. At the same time it is very close to the beach and all restaurants with a view of the sea which was a great plus as well.

The hotel is perfectly located close to all amenities and transport links. The staff is very welcoming and I have no complaints about the room I was given: very spacious, clean, and with a comfortable bed.

This review is for luggage drop-off. There was some leakage in the hotel so my backpack was wet. I luckily did not have many stuff inside but my new tshirt is wet and full of yellow stains. They did not care so much.

This 2-star hotel is highly recommended. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the breakfast plentiful and varied. The location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Excellent welcome at reception with the "Mexican" (referring to the receptionist). Breakfast was impeccable, as was the cleanliness of our room. The room was spacious and upgraded, facing the street, but the soundproofing could have been much better. The shower was too small for someone of average height.

A mouse entered my room through the bathroom and remained there throughout my stay. The bedsheets were stained, which was unacceptable. The air conditioning didn't work the first day; after I reported it to reception the following day, it was fixed. Overall, the hotel was overpriced for the quality of its facilities and amenities.
