Rauschgold

Rauschgold is a small, glittery queer bar on Mehringdamm in Kreuzberg, known for drag hostesses, karaoke and themed nights. It's a bar first, so the shows happen in the room between the tables rather than on a stage, and the crowd joins in. People come for a loud, silly night out, not to cruise. It opens Tuesday to Sunday from 19:00 and stays open until 05:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, when it gets packed. Prices are low. It's right by U-Bahn Mehringdamm, and several other gay bars on and around Mehringdamm are within walking distance, so it fits easily into a Kreuzberg bar crawl.
