Sfoglia Rina

We went last week during a day trip to bologna after seeing lots of recommendations for this place on reddit. As per the suggestions, we ordered take away instead of waiting in the long line. Food was ready in 10 minutes and we ate it in the park nearby. This was my favorite food experience in Italy. The lasagna bolognese was absolutely mouthwatering, the tortellonis were soooo scrumptious, and the rolls were a lovely addition. I'll be dreaming of this picnic from here on.

A legendary taste 👌

We came to this place because of the good reviews, but it was a disappointment. It was incredibly hot inside the restaurant, which they tried unsuccessfully to alleviate with a few fans. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but we didn't like any of the four dishes we ordered. The service was unenthusiastic. We asked for Parmesan cheese for the pasta, and I'm still waiting. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it either.

Lasagna and other pasta dishes are fantastic! Don't miss the authentic Bolognese! Be sure to book well in advance... The fact that people can sometimes wait is a sign of something wonderful to come 😉

Today, I took a trip to Bologna on my own...and I couldn't have found a better place to eat...lovely service, shared tables for a healthy and friendly get-together, authentic location, excellent food, the option to buy fresh pasta and sweets with a cooler, and a casual atmosphere. I really had a wonderful time.

Lasagne Bolognese 10/10. Unique and different flavor. You can really taste the meat. Service was quite fast and easy to order.

It was very good food! A bit warm and crowded inside and you have to wait 20-30 min upfront, but it's worth an experience!

A Bologna institution and rightly so. Walk-ups only so we joined quite a long queue but this was very well managed and we moved forward fast enough. Excellent service, quality and value for money. Fantastico!

by far the best food i had in bologna

We arrived at Sfoglia Rina 10 minutes before opening time and were the 3rd guests in line. At 11:30am the restaurant opened and was quickly filled with everybody who was waiting. We tried 4 different dishes and enjoyed all, especially the ragu. Their ordering process is easy, and food comes out quickly. It did feel a bit rushed though which can be good or bad depending on what you are looking for. They also have a deli style counter where you can take items to go to cook on your own.

Absolutely, fantastic place and the wonderful local experience! I definitely recommend trying this out, try their pasta, Bolognese and lasagna!!! you will not regret it and we will be back here again next time we’re in the area!
