No — same-sex marriage is not currently recognised in 科索沃. Same-sex sexual activity has been legal since 1994. Kosovo's 2008 Constitution bans discrimination based on sexual orientation, and the 2015 Law on Protection from Discrimination covers both sexual orientation and gender identity; the 2019 Criminal Code adds hate-crime penalties. There is no recognition of same-sex partnerships: a 2022 draft Civil Code that would have allowed civil unions was rejected by the Assembly in March 2022. Prishtina Pride has been held since 2017.
