Hilton Podgorica Crna Gora

Absolutely unacceptable for a supposedly five-star Hilton. Smoking of local visitors in clearly marked non-smoking such as the restaurant INDOOR (also complaints in other reviews), staff handing out ashtraysto local people there who are beyond rules and law (Apparently, the rules only apply to some people!), a dusty room and filthy minibar, broken lights, dangerous ly-looking EXPOSED wiring in the wet areas such spa, broken tiles where you can injure in pool area, and loud rooftop music until almost 1 a.m. I have asthma and specifically booked a non-smoking hotel! Some staff was nice some however quite ignorant, also smokes and violates own rules! But the worst was response from "guest relations cutomer service": They have lied to me and made a fool out of me but I have the photos, besides not giving the slightest shit about the other issues and rather than taking my kind advice given for improvement they focused on finding excuses! However they They even promised 10,000 Hilton Honors points. Almost THREE MONTHS later, nothing from them . Another empty promise. This is the actual reason I am writing a review and I dont write bad reviews at all but this was simply beyond good and bad! This hotel is not what Hilton hotels used to be and I think people only book it because of its relative low price but it's simply not worth it, there are muc better options in that beautiful country! Never again.
