★☆☆☆☆

The hotel was booked by our tour group. Upon check-in, they said the elevator was broken and wouldn't be repaired. The hotel reception was on the second floor, and the rooms were all on high floors. Many of the tour group members were elderly, and the staff were very rude and impatient, refusing to help with our luggage. This was my first experience with such service in Europe.

★★★☆☆

An unpleasant smell in the room, a broken bathroom door, only one towel set and, as it turned out, a paid minibar with an overprice. On the plus side, the staff is good and the breakfast is delicious.
