Although the rooms are spacious, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The sheets and towels were not changed, the bed was not made, and in general cleanliness is completely lacking. The atmosphere gives the impression of a neglected, almost abandoned hotel. There was no staff present in the restaurant at breakfast; the food seemed to have been left there since the first hour. The eggs were dry, and the fat from the sausages and bacon had hardened. The fruit selection is very poor, and the coffee is modest. The waiter only appeared to take a coffee, seeming completely disinterested. The staff, in general, should pay more attention to the guests and be more friendly. I requested a taxi to the airport, but a private car was sent for me, and the driver demanded payment in cash, which raises suspicions of a parallel practice. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and does not reflect the standards that a hotel of this level should have. PS. A year later, things are the same...

Let me start with the room which was quite spacious and the free parking for our motorbikes, but that's it. Sheets were never changed in the four days we stayed there. Towels etc were changed daily but after our observation. The air conditioner which was absolutely necessary during the period we went, since it was 40 degrees Celsius especially in the afternoon, was not good at all. It did not cool the room at all except when you sat standing in front of its blower. After an observation made by us about this specific issue at the reception, they did an autopsy and the receptionist, not an expert I suppose, concluded that it was working. After our persistent efforts, he changed us a room but in the other one the air conditioner was much worse, it did not work at all and the room smelled strongly of mold. And we changed rooms for the third time, but the door wouldn't open at all except after a very strong push, which made us return to our first room and continue our stay there. The breakfast was quite poor and of very poor quality, culminating on the last day, the fried eggs were all black, the packaged yogurt had mold and the omelette had foreign objects inside like jelly. When we asked the person in charge, he replied that he didn't know…😡😡 Finally, the service and politeness or smile at the reception were non-existent. So when all this was reported to the manager of the hotel in question by the person in charge of our excursion, his answers were at the very least derogatory for our intelligence. I wouldn't want to elaborate further. I wouldn't even recommend such a hotel to my worst enemy for their vacation. Useless and dangerous for our health.
