FRI - Foreningen for kjonns- og seksualitetsmangfold

FRI, Foreningen for kjønns- og seksualitetsmangfold (the Norwegian Organisation for Sexual and Gender Diversity), is Norway's main national LGBTQ+ association. It traces its history back to DNF-48, founded in 1950, and was called LLH until it took the FRI name in the 2010s. It works on advocacy, education and support, and its Oslo og Viken branch is behind Oslo Pride each June. For visitors, the main use is information: Pride dates, community events and local support services. The listed address is Mariboes gate 13 in central Oslo. It is an office, not a drop-in social space, so contact them before turning up.
