I had to change my flight and request to cancel the reservation in advance, they did not refund even 1 cent. They contacted me on whatsp, but later they did not respond, and from Expedia contacted the manager who refused to issue any refund.

Central location to visit Lisbon, everything nearby. Very clean and quiet property. Staff available for every need. Renovation of rooms and daily linen change. Breakfast in the norm. I highly recommend it.

We are incredibly pleased that we chose this hotel. Super nice staff, modern simple rooms and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to the center and not far from the “party mile” in Lisbon. Public transport is also not far away. The neighboring towns and the sea are worth seeing and can also be easily reached on foot. Our room was facing the road, which unfortunately went up very steeply, which is why the cars drove up there accordingly loud and past the window. We received great tips and information from the reception staff. Would definitely come back!

Truly terrible welcome upon our arrival at 10.30pm (it was specified that the reception remained open until 11.30pm, but evidently without much desire), we paid the total bill for the three nights practically at the entrance door. Immediately afterwards we were invited to go out with two hold bags, without any kind of attention on the part of the staff (opening the door etc.) to move to the side street, where there was the entrance to a second building in which there are two room plans. Normal attitude and treatment if we were talking about a normal guest house, not a structure that asks €400 for two for 3 nights. Once in the room we find a dirty toilet, stained pillow cases... and ants on a cupboard on which two welcome snacks were stationed. Furthermore, the shower had drainage problems. I don't catalog the terrible experience only because of the location of the structure, really very convenient for getting around the city both during the day and at night, in a very central but quite quiet area.

I was expecting for a higher standard after reading reviews online. I am just disappointing, the bathroom is dirty. To get to the bathroom, we have to go through the reception and the breakfast buffet.There is never anyone at reception and the breakfast is poor. The sound insulation is terrible, I could hear the neighbors from my room. After several requests to the reception for an invoice, the management simply refused to give me this document. The managers of this hotel are simply dishonest and have any respect for their customers!

I stayed Mid Jan 2019. Myself and daughter shared twin room. All rooms seem close to dining room and no facilities to get a drink or snack during the night but was clean, easy check in and comfortable. Close enough to city centre and thank gawd for google maps as Lisbon is a lot to cover. Friendly, helpful staff and lots to see in Lisbon

Great location to popular tourist spots and right off of the Tram 28 stop. We enjoyed the breakfast options in the morning. Our hosts/receptionists had excellent customer service and made sure we were taken care of. The double bed with private bathroom was on the smaller side but we made it work. The snacks and kind note upon arrival was a nice touch as well.

This hotel has no particular pretensions, but fulfills its basic function. It offers you a good level of comfort for an affordable budget. We had to use the toilets and showers in the hallway, but I was told that work was going to be done and that all the bedrooms would have built-in toilets and bathrooms. You should perhaps avoid the ground floor at first and ask for upper floors. Breakfast is weak. Without imagination and without taste. if you fear noise, you will choose a hotel less exposed to the noise of the street

The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the discovery of Lisbon. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the installations looked good at first sight but are not that great. A lot of humidity, some mold in the joint of the shower and we saw two cockroaches while we were there. Maybe it is normal since we were in the middle of the old city, but the main reason we decided to stay there was because we didn't read these kind of comments and the property looked neat. Also, we had a very hard time with the WIFI except in the dining room.

Welcoming and helpful staff who were always happy to assist. Quirky yet homely decoration within the building created character & atmosphere. Free juice & cookies on offer. Very good quality & variety of breakfast. The location felt safe and was convenient for us, on the 28 tram route and close to the metro station with local supermarket, ATMs, shops/restaurants/bars also within easy reach.

Cool queer bar with great music. Prices were good. Very small so gets very busy. As lesbians we expected to see a few more wlw, seems to cater more to the gay crowd. Still fun! Just continuing our search for lesbian bars!

I just wish there were more female DJs than there currently are.
