The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped although a vacuum cleaner would be good more so for a longer stay. The staff were very helpful on the telephone and in person. The complimentary tea coffee etc was good as were the mini toiletries saves you bringing all this for just one night.

Huge apartment, very spacious with everything you could need. We had a two bedroom one with two bathrooms. Very clean, cosy and welcoming on arrival. Parking is very handy if there are spaces available. Lady on reception was kind and helpful. Need to buzz reception from outside to open security door, reception is then up some stairs and across a courtyard. Black door, next to La Galleria.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment this summer and received an email at 8.00pm the night before arrival telling us they had extensively overbooked. We paid a non refundable rate of £130 for the night and instead of giving our us our money back, they rebooked us into an alternative - student accommodation. Although semi-central and clean, it was over 1.5 mile walk away from the apartment we originally booked. Student accommodation can be booked for around £30 per night in Aberdeen (we are local). On the night they cancelled, the Aparthotel did not take any phone calls and their Trip Advisor visibility was non existent for a good while after. Total scam, no refund received. Do not book here. After our experience, I mentioned to my friend who confirmed that her colleague had the same experience. The night we booked was in great demand due to a high profile gig in Aberdeen so I can only imagine they regularly overbook and put people into cheaper student digs and not refund any money.

Family trip to Aberdeen (including 8 year old child) Arrived and reception was not manned although confirmation email stated check in until 11.30pm. Was hassled at the door by the local drunk until security next door assisted. Finally got to our room after a 14 hour trip from wales. Straight to bed, which proved difficult as we had asked for a double and twin room apartment, so a 25 year old woman had to share with her dad, no extra bedding to separate beds. Finally settle down for the night only to be sleep deprived due to the nightclub pumping music out, advised by a group of friendly youths opposite who were having a strong spliff. Called reception, who confirmed that we are above a nightclub but not to worry as they only have a licence until midnight, nothing they can do to assist Apartment shabby but clean

This lovely spot doesnt shy away from luxury whatsoever. Every single detail of this accommodation was graced with luxury of the highest quality indeed. I was so impressed with every detail...even down to the smallest aspects being tended to with such concern to the high quality luxury this place has become famous for in my own mind! The views are simply breathtaking to say the least and this was a major perk for me thru out my stay here. Impeccable comfort and luxury yet provides a flawless feeling of the comfort of 'home' still. One of my top 3 favorite accommodations ever by far and look forward to staying again sooner than later!

We loved visiting the area my husband and I. The hotel was close by to the attractions and lovely places. The walking distance was easy and food was great nearby. We will revisit this location in the future as we were happy with the vacation. The room was cozy and nice and the amenities were great. Staff was really nice and helpful as well.

I was greeted by a very friendly host. The lobby was very clean and well decorated. I was surprised on how spacious my actual room was. The room was also very spacious. It was very clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and pillows were high-quality. I will Stay here again on my next business trip.

We have now stayed here multiple times in different apartments and it never disappoints. The owners are accommodating, friendly, and helpful, the location could not be more ideal, walking distance to all sights. The apartments have everything you need, We really enjoy our time at the Aberdeen ApartHotel and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we're in town.

Stayed here for four nights with my husband for our first time visiting Aberdeen. The apartment had everything we needed and had some really great amenities. We even managed to make a lovely meal using the kitchen equipment! We loved the location, was super central and just a short walk away from the train station and the main shopping centre. Would definitely recommend!

The penthouse apartment was almost empty of furnishings, nothing like the photos. The court yard is beautiful however was full of noisy stag and hen parties making the communal area very intimidating. My family made the decision at 9:45pm to drive home rather than endure the chaos in such an unpleasant apartment. First time ever this has happened to us.
