關於此地 Museum Bar

Museum Bar is a gay bar on Carrer del Consell de Cent, the street that links most of the Gaixample's bars. The name comes from the décor: framed art and gallery-style objects on the walls. The crowd is mixed gay and lesbian, locals and visitors, and the mood is conversational rather than clubby. It opens at 6pm every day and closes around 2:30am, staying open until 3:30am on Friday and Saturday. Drinks are cheap for the area. It makes a good first stop in the evening before the louder clubs nearby get going.

The guy behind the bar is a cheat. Without me noticing, he charged me 8 euros for a 3.50 euro beer. When I complained, he gave me the difference back in coins, throwing them on the floor. When he didn't apologize for the mistake, he yelled at me, saying it was just a mistake and he charged me for 2 euros. If he had charged me for 2 euros, it would have been 9 euros. Be careful, he's a fraud! May 23rd, he's wearing a blue hat!
