MonaLisa, on Carrer d'Alfonso XII in Ibiza Town, is the go-to gay cocktail bar in the cluster of bars below the Dalt Vila ramparts. It's a spot where gay men, both locals and tourists, come to mingle, though the door's open to anyone. The crowd's dressed up, and the large terrace is the main draw. You'll find the party spilling out onto the terrace around midnight, as people prep for a night of clubbing. Hours are listed as 21:00 to 04:00, but it's worth checking ahead of time if you're visiting outside summer - the scene can be pretty dead. Cocktails will set you back around what you'd expect to pay at a resort. The terrace is where it's at, and it fills up fast. If you do show up outside peak season, don't say I didn't warn you. You'll pay resort prices for those cocktails, but the crowd's usually worth it. MonaLisa's open until 04:00, Thursday through Saturday, so you can keep the party going till the wee hours.

We came for the first time for a drink and the waitress Xio was super nice, a really lovely person. I highly recommend coming and having a drink. In this case, I had Disaronno, which a friend recommended, and wow, it was delicious!
