Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel

We had an amazing 3 night stay in the last week of the season. Fab location and wonderful room. What stood out most was the fabulous customer service. Particularly the reception team. Especially Fernando. The servers at the pool bar were outstanding too

Excellent experience throughout our stay at the Beach Hotel. We had booked a Superior Party View room and were offered a hugely discounted upgrade to a Stage View on arrival. Maria on reception was particularly helpful and really went out of her way to ensure we were really welcomed into the Ushuaia experience. - Room 4123 provided fantastic views of the stage and we thoroughly enjoyed Calvin Harris, Ants and David Guetta (we went to Mambo/Cafe Del Mar on the Sunday). - Enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Beach restaurant, the Sangria Unexpected was unusual (green..) but absolutely delicious. We ended up having 2 jugs… - Breakfast at the Beach restaurant was amazing, incredible array of choice, from fresh omelettes, salads, meats & cheeses, caviar & salmon, wraps, cakes and pastries and even a chocolate fountain!! As well as plenty of coffee machines around the breakfast area, the extremely helpful staff also offered to make bespoke hot drinks (Oat Milk Latte etc.). Simply couldn’t fault anything about the breakfast, other than being soooo spoiled for choice and the danger of being too greedy! - The crews were so busy every day preparing the party area for the shows, but we never found the noise particularly intrusive and never felt the need to open the complimentary ear plugs. - Obviously drinks prices were high, but we bought a few bottles of spirits at the airport and there were no issues taking these to our room. We also popped into the spar nearby for mixers & ice. - The cleaning service was excellent and it was always lovely returning to our room in the afternoon. - We enjoyed a day at the pool, which was also fabulous. Service could be a little slow and the day beds could use a service button (as we had seen at the Amare Beach hotel last year). That said, it did help us pace the day better and we only just used up the 350 EUR minimum spend after 6 hours, which included Sangria, cocktails and lunch. - We used the gym on a couple of mornings and must say it was one of the best hotel gyms we have seen! - Check out was easy, although at the time of writing this review I have not yet received the return of our room deposit.

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded for a supplement that we were able to negotiate. We had front-row seats for the evening and it was an exceptional moment.

What can I say, it is the fourth time in a year that I have stayed for multiple nights at the Beach Hotel. Ushuaia, with its hotel and its parties, remains the best part of Ibiza for me. During my various stays, I had the pleasure of meeting Rafael, absolutely friendly and always very attentive to our needs. When we arrive, we always hope to find him at our check-in. Facility, staff, and parties, everything passed with flying colors.

Extraordinary hotel on all levels / we had a good lunch at the pool restaurant, the beach restaurant, and a wonderful Japanese restaurant, not to mention the breakfasts. A big thank you to Florence at the front desk for her kindness.

The hotel itself is dated and falls far below a 5 star. If you are going just to experience the events then this might be the hotel for you - if you are going here expecting 5* service & amenities don’t bother. The pools were shut and when open they are filthy. It’s not even a pool it’s the swim up rooms pool that they have shoved sunbeds on the other side of - no bar - no music. They’ll offer you an upgrade for about 2000 for these rooms when you arrive but everyone can use the pool so don’t bother. The main pool is always closed for events even though online it says it closes at 3. When i complained they said i could use it but there were never any sunbeds? Just decking. We had to use unexpected pool and pay €350 a bed. The rooms stink of damp to the point the sheets felt wet. The shower leaked and you had to walk in 2 inches of water all over the bathroom floor every day. They are also dark and when your hungover they give you the horrors, we couldn’t wait to get out of them - grim. Staff are rude apart from the security they were nice. The reception is tiny nowhere to sit and everyone’s trying to check in at the same time If you want free access to the events you’re better staying at the unexpected it’s cheaper and about 100000 times better - they have a DJ in the lobby and it actually feels like a luxury hotel. The beach hotel feels like it’s never had a refurbishment since it opened. Would never go back complete rip off and the response to our complaints high light they don’t care and will never do anything about the complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at Ushuaïa Beach Hotel, after reading mixed reviews. We arrived on a Tuesday, with no planned events. Even though this was a missed opportunity at our end, it made our check in very smooth. The service in the reception and the rest of the staff was great. Our room was a bit small, but good. The guys helping with our luggage informed us about the cost of the extra bits in our room. We decided on having breakfast at the hotel, and it was also a pleasant experience. We were seated om the beach front every morning. The buffet had basically everything. A great start to the day. Having the events at the hotel and beach beds included, justifies the pricing in my opinion. Also great (and saving money) to be able to have some pre-drinks in our room. Of course there is some noice (from events), rig and airport, but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix. Would definately come back!

My husband and I stayed at Ushwaia Beach Hotel for 1 night on the 18th Sept to see Calvin Harris and MK. We received a friendly welcome and were provided with all the information we needed for our stay. We were a little earlier than the official check in time but were provided with a wrist band to allow us access to explore the hotel. We received an email to say when we were able to check in, which was only 15 mins after the official check in time, and received the most wonderful surprise - we’d been upgraded from a party view room to a stage view room!! They’d recognised that it was my birthday the day before and this was an amazing birthday gift! We had a fantastic evening watching the DJs and their sets from our balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. We ordered room service in the evening and the food was really good. Thank you so much to Maria Barrera on reception for the room upgrade, you really made my birthday one to remember!

An exceptional stay at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, warm and attentive. The atmosphere of the hotel is unique — stylish, energetic and perfectly suited to the Ibiza experience. The location is excellent, the facilities are impressive, and the overall quality of the stay exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was the hospitality and attention from the team, which made the experience feel genuinely special. Ushuaïa is much more than just a hotel — it is part of the Ibiza experience itself. I will definitely return on my next visit. 10/10 — highly recommended.

Incredible experience staying and celebrating at this hotel. The rooms with a view toward the stage are absolutely recommended. Service, food, and party experience a 10 out of 10!!
