Sauna Is good but not the best....best sauna Is in Austria Wien....
Pretty standard, better then others if we speak how it looks. But steel very different people
I went today to this sauna. While I don’t have anything to say regarding the entrance person since I don’t speak Spanish and don’t speak anything else so we didn’t interact much. I noticed something very important is the absence of lubricant in the spaces (hamam, sauna, and also in the cabin !!). I’ve never seen a sauna where you’re given just deux condom for your stay and that’s it, it’s up to you to keep your condom while you’re naked, and find yourself some lube. Otherwise the places were clean for a Thursday afternoon. The music was bizarre maybe out of context.
I was skeptical because of reviews but I had a very very good time. I had never been to a sauna in Europe; this one took me by surprise. Went on a random afternoon in August and it was surprisingly a lot of people there. I was able to even send emails and take a break to do work. Very clean and nice staff. I will definitely be back
A terrible experience with the person working at the ticket office. The entrance fee is €20, and by mistake, I paid €40 at the machine. I told them, and their first response was, "It's your mistake." Yes, I know. That's precisely why I'm asking for a refund of the extra €20. Their "solution" was to tell me I had to wait for someone else to come in and pay in cash before they could give me the €20. I told them I wouldn't accept the towels or flip-flops, nor would I go in until the problem was resolved. And then, instead of solving it, they got rude and simply said, "Well, you're not coming in," giving me my €40 refund. So, to give me my €20 refund, they had to wait for another customer, but to give me my €40 refund and kick me out, the money appeared immediately. And to top it all off, when I asked for his name to put on the complaint form, he refused to give it to me. I have to provide my full name, ID number, and complete address, but he won't even identify himself. The problem wasn't making a mistake when paying. The problem was this person's attitude, his complete lack of willingness to resolve something so simple, and his decision that I couldn't enter simply because I asked him to fix it before going in.
Went on a Friday late afternoon. It was still quite empty but starting to get busier by the hour. Still nothing like crowded but just enough. You pay an entry fee and get towel, slippers and a condom. If you want you’d better bring your own lube. It somewhat feels like a labyrinth inside, there are many rooms, two pools just at a good warm temp and a wet and a dry sauna. Everyplace seemed cleaned, and nothing smelly. Certainly will come back.
What dates mostly can I go here
The quick entry fee is paid at a machine with either card or cash. For me, it's one of the best in Madrid, one of my favorites, because of the pool, jacuzzi, the people who go there, and the size of the place. You have a great time and enjoy yourself. The staff is average, they do their job, and the place is clean.
I reported defects in the cabin locks, including dirt, but the maintenance team fixed it immediately and fantastically.
It was my first time visiting this place, but the only positive thing was the handsome guys inside; otherwise, it's definitely not worth €30. The staff are rude and always grumpy. Despite being a place that receives visitors from all over the world, none of the staff speak English. Besides that, the changing rooms and toilets are very old and always dirty. After my sauna experiences in Berlin and Amsterdam, this was a disappointment for me.
For me, it's one of the best, one of my favorites, because of the pool, the jacuzzi, the people who go there, and the size of the place. You have a great time and really enjoy yourself; in my case, every time I go, I don't want to leave.
Very large place , lots.of play areas, and cabins, two large jacuzzi , nice large steam room and dry sauna. I came on Monday as leaving tomorrow not many in, id assume it is very busy at tue weekend. Well worth a visit.
Simply the best in Madrid Sauna Paraíso is, without a doubt, one of the best gay saunas in the world. Every time I go to Madrid, it's a must-visit. The place is huge, clean, and very well maintained: pool, steam room, dry sauna, spacious areas, and an atmosphere that always feels safe and relaxed. The best thing is the variety of people: locals, foreigners, tourists, young guys, older men… a bit of everything, and always with great energy. It's a place where you can really feel Madrid's international mix. It also has history: celebrities have been here, and even movies have been filmed here. The location is perfect, steps from Chueca, so you can combine your visit with bars, cafes, or a night out. For me, it's an absolute classic and remains the benchmark when talking about gay saunas in Spain.
AVOID this place. It was filthy, full of drug addicts, almost every guy walked around smoking and putting cigarets out on the floor, pot smell everywhere, guys lighting glass meth or crack pipes in corners, a lot of older guys and any guy under 40 was too drunk and high to perform, they just walked around and around like drugged out zombies, creepy, gross, and actually really sad. There should be a drug intervention to help those guys, they are ruining their lives.
I had very fond memories of this sauna, which I visited in January 2020. But I found nothing of what I had enjoyed. I remembered a very large hammam. I don't know if it's just me or if things have changed. Everything seems tiny. There's no atmosphere, perhaps because it's a Monday evening. And to top it off, the pool was out of order, even though I was warned when I arrived. I wasted my time.
All good saunas have paper towel dispensers in the cabins. Hygiene is essential, and then the cabins are dirty, or you leave and have nowhere to clean up. No matter how much you enjoy being dirty and kinky, the least they could do is provide paper towels in the cabins.
The service was awful, the place was hostile, dirty, and dangerous.
I'm a tourist. The staff isn't particularly friendly, but they're okay. The sauna facilities and rooms are fine. Unfortunately, it lacks that wow factor. The floor isn't very clean. The rooms and walls look old, worn, and tasteless. Only the large whirlpool is really nice.
Their opening hours are wrong, and they lose money on Sunday nights because everyone thinks they're closed. They're not open 24 hours on Fridays. They're open from Friday morning until 11:59 p.m. on Monday. If they could fix their hours, they'd get more customers.
I like the place overall, but be careful if you expect the jacuzzi to have hot water... I've been there a couple of times and it's always cold.
Good sauna, as others I expected its for mens under 35 only, so I was a bit surprised, to be fair I checked afterwards on their website again where it's really not specifically said so but it makes you feel like that so that's a bit misleading. But surely yonger to mixed persons were present. Sauna has two jacuzzi basically, I wish there was more chlorine smell from them to make sure it's hygienic also has sauna and a steamroom, both quite bigger. In general it's clean. Cruising area is ok with a lot of places to play but significantly colder, maybe close the window somewhere or heat up a bit.
My friend and I had a very good time here on a Saturday from 1 pm onwards. Clean facilities although the steam room has moldy smell, everything else was clean and continued to be cleaned throughout the day! The two section sauna is great with windows looking both into the steam room as well as into the seating area! Clever use of space! Staff was friendly and clientele was mixed, from 20s to 70s, a wide range of tastes and ages! I’d recommend this sauna over most saunas in Madrid!
On Friday night, there were lots of people, all dirty, the anal shower door was broken, people were sleeping in the cubicles without anyone saying anything to them, fights broke out, people were falling over from high, guys were using their phones, even taking photos with the flash, which shouldn't be happening, smoking was everywhere, and I take it back again, none of the staff said or did anything, there should be more control, especially because of the people who were overturning, I don't think I'll be back.
Friday night, May 1st, the sauna was filthy, people were smoking everywhere, even though there's supposed to be a smoking room. If people aren't fit to enter, wouldn't it be better not to let them in? I saw several people fall to the floor; one in the dry sauna almost hit his head. People were sleeping, and you couldn't use the cabins or the sofas in front of the pool, and nobody said anything. The anal shower door didn't fit properly; you had to pick it up yourself and lean it against the frame for privacy. It fell off, I heard, three times, which could have hurt someone. Then some people had an altercation with shouting and such. Nobody was there, and everyone was just watching the fight. 🤔
