Kweer is a queer café-bar on Spitalgasse in the Niederdorf, the pedestrian old-town strip on the east bank of the Limmat. The address is a historic one: Barfüsser, often billed as one of Europe's oldest gay bars, operated here for decades. Kweer is the current queer bar at the address. It serves coffee during the day and drinks in the evening to a mixed LGBTQ+ crowd of locals and visitors. It's about ten minutes' walk from the Hauptbahnhof, and the other old-town gay bars are close by, which makes it an easy first stop on a night out. It rates 4.4 from about 440 Google reviews.
