Arrive Early
The march route can get very crowded. Arriving early at the starting point or along the route will ensure a better viewing experience and a chance to secure a good spot.
Stay Hydrated
Especially if attending during warmer months, carry water. There are limited opportunities to purchase refreshments along the parade route.
Be Prepared for a March
This is a protest march as much as a celebration. Be prepared for a large, passionate crowd and a significant amount of walking.
