May 2026 ~ Highly, highly recommended! We arrived intending to stay one night, but decided to stay four more. The room was very spacious, bright, and clean. The bathroom was the same. Everything is very well-maintained and clean, and the common area is ideal for working (very good Wi-Fi connection). Nicolás is a very friendly person. Without a doubt, a great place to stay in Cochabamba.

A wonderful, central, and welcoming place. Nico was very attentive; we had to make a reservation because it was near a travel agency. We bothered him in the early hours of the morning and again very late at night to get him to see us. The place certainly has an unassuming exterior, but inside it's indescribably elegant. We hope to return soon and stay in the same place.

Impeccable!!! Cleanliness, location, rooms, and common areas were excellent. I thank Nico for his great attitude and willingness to help with everything. We will definitely return to this place.

We stayed in January. We had a wonderful ten days. The place is beautiful, and we were very comfortable. We loved everything! Thank you, Nicolás and his dad, who were attentive to all our needs. We would definitely return. Staying there was the best decision we made.

A very welcoming place. Great location. Excellent for longer stays due to the good rates. The artwork on fabrics is wonderful. Highly recommended.
