Manaus 自 2001 年左右開始舉辦 Parada do Orgulho。2026 年的遊行是第 26 屆，而第 19 屆則於 2019 年舉行。這首先是一場政治性遊行。根據 A Crítica 報導，2025 年 Manaus 有四名 LGBTQIA+ 人士遇害，這是 Grupo Gay da Bahia 調查的巴西大都市中，每百萬居民死亡率最高的一項數據。協調人 Thayza Olímpio 指出，警方紀錄並未將恐同症列為獨立類別。
活動場地多年來有所變動。2019 年的版本在 Sambódromo 舉行，但 2026 年的 Caminhada do Orgulho 則從 Centro 區的 Praça da Saudade（又稱 Praça 5 de Setembro）出發。從那裡開始，隊伍沿著 Rua Epaminondas、Avenida Constantino Nery 和 Boulevard 前進，最後抵達 Avenida Airão 上的主舞台。該活動免費入場，由歌手 Lia Clark 壓軸演出，當地變裝皇后與 DJ 也在整個下午持續表演。
