I didn't really like this style of place! Too dark... poor lighting.

The hotel is wonderful, and it was the last one I stayed at. I celebrated my birthday there and received a very special gift in my life.

The steam room was unbearably hot, practically impossible to stay in due to the excessive heat. The shower was completely out of whack: the water was either extremely hot or freezing cold, with no middle ground. The pool had the same problem. On several occasions, the soap dispenser was empty. In the end, the only things that actually worked were the towels and the borrowed slippers. And to make matters worse, they charge exorbitant prices for a service that is far from justifying the cost. For what they offer, the value for money is terrible.

I really liked the clean environment and the fact that a cleaning team was always present, keeping the place tidy. I must point out that I consider the price very high. I went in knowing it would be R$109.00, but I only had a snack and paid R$226.00. I don't understand why. Furthermore, the receipt was left at the exit with a security guard who was very rude when giving me information about where the Uber was parked. He angrily replied that he didn't know and almost kicked me out.

Overpriced place! Extremely expensive lockers, water costs 18 reais. Reception service is poor. They didn't explain how the lockers work, and for the price, they left much to be desired.

I used to frequent the Chilli Peppers Sauna a lot, between 2014 and 2018, when the sauna was really good! I could always bring my backpack with a water bottle and some cereal bars so I wouldn't get thirsty or hungry, and I really enjoyed it! I always rented a cabin for twelve hours and the prices were reasonable, but nowadays the prices are outrageous! Today I can't even bring a water bottle or cereal bars like I used to in the good old days of this sauna! Nowadays we are forced to go thirsty and hungry because water and food are not allowed! It's a lack of consideration and respect because the price of water is very expensive and there's not even food to buy! It used to be a really great sauna, but unfortunately it's very bad now! Outrageous prices and you can't do this and you can't do that, we can't even bring water or cereal bars! It's regrettable!

I frequented the place a few years ago, even amidst arbitrary situations like abusive bar pricing (I myself don't consume anything from there), prohibition of bringing water bottles in bags (security guards search customers and make them leave the water at the entrance, throw it away, or drink it to force consumption with the abusive prices at the bar. Could any lawyer say if this is legal according to the consumer protection code?), or charges for "special dates" on any day of the week just because there was a holiday on a Wednesday, for example. But today was the final straw: a 30% increase at once in the prices of the lockers (from R$ 84.00 to R$ 109.00), as well as an increase in the prices of the cabins and rooms. I noticed a smaller flow of visitors, certainly due to the abusive increase. In addition, the dry sauna was cold, as was the outdoor pool. The pool with the waterfall was dirty; you could see a white film hovering over the water and accumulating in the corners. The renovation of the steam sauna consisted of nothing more than removing the cold pool that was inside. The showers downstairs didn't have soap, and the renovation of the nearby area hadn't been fully completed yet. In other words, prices have increased, but the quality of service offered is going from bad to worse. The place has 4 stars because they recently started buying 5-star reviews from customers in exchange for an R$84.00 voucher that could be used for up to a year, which now doesn't even cover a locker during the week. If it weren't for that, it would already be 3 stars or lower. The guys at reception are nice and polite, that's the good part.

Several years ago it was really cool, but charging more than 20 reais for a soda and more than 30 for a shot of national gin is outrageous. In reality, the place is made for tourists only, it's not worth going, I don't recommend it anymore.

The only good thing about that place is the facilities. The staff and service are awful, not to mention the prices; it's insane and outrageous—60 reais for a shot of local gin and 26 for a measly guaraná. I've visited many saunas in Europe, and they're undoubtedly better for a third of what you charge. Seriously, friends, this is Brazil, a country in South America. What need do you have to rip people off with these prices? You're literally killing what little community one can build in your space. It used to be a legitimate place; now you just see us as a wallet. I hope you change the management or the owner because this place is headed for failure. I don't recommend it.

They ask me to send an email and then don't respond... I made a reservation at Chili after receiving information via WhatsApp about prices and schedules, making it clear that I would only arrive at night. I made the reservation precisely for that reason: to guarantee my check-in at the time I chose. On the website, there was an option for payment in installments. At the time of payment, this option simply disappeared, forcing payment in full. And, as if that weren't enough, as soon as I finalized the payment, I received a message stating that my stay "already started at 12 pm". This is absurd. How can the stay begin if I'm not even at the location? This constitutes abusive and deceptive practice, violating basic norms of the Consumer Protection Code, such as: • Art. 6º — Right to clear information • Art. 39 — Prohibition of manifestly excessive advantage • Art. 51 — Nullity of abusive clauses And the worst part: I've been trying to contact them for over 2 hours, and nobody answers, nobody responds, no return call, absolutely nothing. A complete disregard for the consumer. I demand immediate cancellation, a full refund, and a minimally professional attitude, because what they did to me is unacceptable. If the intention is to charge the customer even without delivering the service, then have the courage to change the name from "reservation" to "mandatory payment regardless of use," because that's what they're doing. I have never been so disrespected by an establishment. A warning to anyone thinking of making a reservation: be careful.

I went to the sauna several times; it has a good structure but many dark areas. The last time I went, all the showers (ALL OF THEM) were freezing. How can you stay in a sauna in winter, on the eve of a holiday, without hot water? And nobody warned you at the entrance. I was forced to leave early. I requested a refund and they ignored me. I do not recommend it.
